Almost everything is available in both low resolution/small file sizes and high resolution/large file sizes.

Are there any RSS modules that support multimedia? It would be interesting if blogs supported such a format. The only thing I’ve been able to find is something called SOMA which is an effort by a few NGOs, its RDF not RSS.
