Thanks, Lisa, from one of many cable-less (and so NBC-less) Berkeleyan.
Arbitrarily breaking copyright laws again, Lisa? Is this what “Creative Commons” is all about? You should rename it “Creative Piracy” since you’re just a two-cent pirate. This site needs to be shut down ASAP.
Clarke on 60 minutes
Talk about the “house of cards collapsing”: On The Daily Show last night, John Stewart asked Richard Clarke if he and CIA director George Tenet worked for years to make President Clinton grasp the importance of terrorism. Clarke answered that the reverse was true, that Clinton was the one who made Clarke and Tenet see the light.
Clinton made practically no response to the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, the 1993 assassination attempt against former President Bush in Kuwait, the 1996 Khobar Towers bombing, the 1998 Kenya embassy bombing, and the 2000 bombing of the USS Cole. Clarke’s description of Clinton is farcical.
Mickey Kaus is a Democrat who’s rooting for Bush to lose, and even he (Kaus) recognizes that Clarke is a partisan hack.
Thanks for posting this. I hope viewers will retain some skepticism for Clarke. We still haven’t seen strong evidence that ‘al queda’ or bin Laden were behind the 9/11 attacks.
Thank you so much, Lisa! I had missed this.

don’t you dare read another blog until you’ve taken the time to sit your ass down and watch these videos.
You are a champion Lisa!
OT: Lisa, Karen Hughes is coming to a Clean Well Lighted Place to plug her book on April 6 at 7pm. Do you have friends in the community who might like to take this opportunity to engage our new shill-in-chief in a friendly, spirited manner?
Anna, if not aq, it could have been an inside job. Certainly elements of the administration were complicit, but it’s hard to tell to what extent. Some people are trying to find out.
This article give some reasons as to why someone might want to be skeptical of Clarke right now.
