I would suggest better alternatives such as: Charlie Daniels, Randy Travis, and of course Toby Keith!

as long as you don't disagree with me."
also, gw's statement "if you don't agree with me, then you are on their side" is absolute nonsense and those citizens who vote republican should be ashamed of themselves for embarrasing America with an idiot, lunatic, coward and liar for a president.
